Groundhog Day is not a movie in Minnesota this year (the proof is in the pictures)

You may have heard… Minnesota is in a perpetual Groundhog Day type of weather pattern this year. One day it is winter and the next day it’s spring. The next day it’s winter again, and then suddenly, spring makes a brief return (just to tease us).

It’s hard to know what month it is anymore. December? April?

The local radio guy even put up his Christmas tree again!

Think I am kidding? These are all pictures I took in the month of April.

While Grounhog Day is one of my favorite movies, I would have no desire to live it! Hang in there guys, spring has to show up for good eventually. I hope!

It has been a very long April for us Minnesotans!

Not as bad as you guys in MN but we in Virginia have had a similar April. Spring one day, snow the next. We had record highs last week in the 80s, now we are freezing overnight with low 50s as daytime highs. When will it ever stabilize? I suspect we will go right into summer before this madness ends!

We hope your weather turns for the better. At last we have Spring but everything plant wise is way behind. Have a terrific Tuesday.
    Best wishes Molly

While we miss being in Eagan we are not missing the “forever winter”.

I can’t believe you are stuck in Sprinter still. Hopefully soon it will be full blown Spring.

    LOLOL
Here’s hoping for the permanent return of spring, quickly followed by summer!

LOVED all the pics but will cross my fingers for both of us. Winter is hanging on by the tips of it’s frostbitten fingers and I hate to be mean, but I’m going to step on them.

Our April started this way too, although for the last 10 days or so, it finally decided to hang with spring. I’m hoping you aren’t that far behind us!

We hear you girl! It’s like that over this way as well. We are still running the wood furnace sometimes even in the during the day.

What cute pictures of everybody. 🙂
