Hey Neighbor!!! I like to visit the blogs that are next to me in the Hop. These are fantastic B&W’s! And I have a special place for a Tri-Color Collie!

LOL! No worries. Jasper often gets mistaken for a Collie because he is so tall and long. I have often considered doing DNA just to be sure. 🙂

Great photos – appropriate for Halloween time – all that eerie fog. Hope you have a great day!

It was the day before Halloween, so you are absolutely right, it was perfect timing. So glad I had the day off that day.

A very foggy day…I like that you can still see the reflections in the pond…

Me too. I am surprised it showed up, but so glad it did!

That photo of the hay bales looks like something from 100 yrs ago, neat!

LOL! I think so too. You know what is funny? I drove past that field with the bales of hay and then stopped and turned around and went back. It was just too cool not to take a picture. One of my favorites from that day.

Beautiful! Glad you could get out there in that eerie fog!

What a great description. It was definitely that. Thank you!

    Very pretty.

But my guess from the fog is that you didn’t see the partial eclipse this morning either.

Unfortuantely, only the eastern U.S. got to see the partial eclipse. 😦

  10. November 3, 2013 at 3:37 PM

Awesome how the reflection still shows up in the top photo. It’s really beautiful. Jasper and Daisy don’t mind that it’s cooler 🙂

Thanks Sue. Yes. I love how that one turned out. I seriously had to stop and just walk the whole length of the lake to capture all the different angles.
Jasper and Daisy and Cupcake are loving the cooler weather!

It does, doesn’t it? it was really cool.

  12. November 3, 2013 at 5:16 PM

Doesn’t the fog make for beautiful photos? You might think they’d be less appealing in black and white but it’s just the opposite. Very, very nice photos!

I completely agree Jan. I actually took these in color too, but the black and white is way more beautiful.
