Favorite Video Friday – Meet Hugi the Sheltie

September 13, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

I just couldn’t resist sharing a little bit of puppy cuteness with you this Friday morning.

This week’s Favorite Video Friday features Hugi, an 8 month old Sheltie. If you are left amazed by all the tricks Hugi knows, don’t worry, I was too. Can you say adorable and smart?

Happy Friday everyone!

Thanks Alex. Shelties are usually pretty easy to train. Jasper learned crawl in one evening. This one though? Amazing!

Fun video! Eko has hiding in a box down, now we just have to figure out where I can get some sheep for him to herd.

That is so cool Will! Do you live in MN? I could refer you to someone for sheep herding lessons.

I live in Chicago, but depending on how far the drive is I would definitely be interested in making a day trip. That would be awesome

We’re in Minneapolis, s I think it would be a long drive for a day trip. Have you asked any dog trainers if they know someone Will? It really is cool to watch them work the sheep. I would love for you to have the chance to see it.

LOL! Yes they do Kristine. They are probably one of the easiest dogs I have ever trained. Maybe that’s why I like them so. (Funny that Jasper has been such a challenge for me.)

Looks like a happy boy. All that training definitely agrees with Hugi.
