Favorite Video Friday – Basset puppy cuteness

September 23, 2016 Leave a comment

I love those live video feeds one sees on earth cams. My favorite one is the grizzly bear live feed at Brooks Falls at Katmai National Park in Alaska. It’s just a live feed of some bears sitting in the river, waiting to catch salmon, but I could watch that one all day long. Maybe it’s the sound of the falls, or the way the bears interact with each other, but there is something about this feed that is mesmerizing.

I know there are a lot of dog feeds too. like live puppy cam on animal planet.

This week’s video feels a lot like a live feed of Basset puppies. It’s only 4 short minutes of pure puppy cuteness, but so worth watching. I love watching them explore their world. They clearly have been well-socialized and feel comfortable navigating and exploring their environment. Whether they are eating tree bark, wrestling with one another or sniffing the air, they are fun to watch. I found myself chuckling a few times too.

I hope you will enjoy watching them as much as I did.

Happy Friday everyone!

Favorite Video Friday – Basset Hound in Slo-Mo

I admit it. I have a thing for Bassets. Well, two little Bassets in particular. We see them each evening at or dog park and they are absolutely adorable. Their names are Abby and Laine

I always know that when they see me they will run up for a little attention. Lainie will roll over so I can give her a belly rub and Abby is happy with a scratch behind the ears. I can’t help it. They make me smile.

That’s why this slo-mo video of a Basset drew my attention. Although this Basset is so very clearly a boy, he reminded me if the girls. Happy Friday everyone!
