Favorite Video Friday – Sheltie Cat Dance
Today is a day for happy dances.
The work week is over (Whew! That was a long one wasn’t it?).
A little lost Sheltie named Colten (who is all of 9 lbs.and almost blind) is now home safe with his mom after being hit by a car Thursday night. He came away from it with nary a scratch (Can you say “Miracle?”).
And, the Breeder Bill continues to make its way through the various governing committees in the Minnesota House of Representatives. (Progress!)
But, in order to do a happy dance properly, one really must have a Sheltie.
And, not just any Sheltie, but one who knows how to do the happy dance with a cat… like the adorable Sheltie in this video, Haley. You just can’t help but fall in love with Haley when you see her dance for her buddy, Reese, the cat.
Make sure you watch the whole thing to catch some of her amazing dance moves. She is adorable and funny.
Kudos to Reese for standing his ground!
Happy Friday everyone!

OMD That is so cute!
Isn’t it? Made me smile and laugh.
Just adorable…. Got to love those shelties.
Amen to that Debbie!
Now, that’s a happy dance!
No kidding!
Great moves! That’s some serious dawgie dancing
I love it.
It looked very familiar. When we meet a friendly cat on a walk, I make Honey sit so they can sniff and greet. But eventually, Honey gets overjoyed and starts doing a very similar happy dance.
That’s when the cats run away.
I think it need to find Honey a Reese of her own.
BTW, why isn’t that dark rug covered in dog hair?
LOL…That cat THOUGHT it was in charge….Wrong!!!…The Sheltie is the one who was really in charge here.
Very Cute and adorable…LOL

That beautiful and sweet sheltie desperately needs another dog to play with since it is trying to hard to play with a very aluf cat who could care less. Every dog deserves to have a playmate especially when they are young to stay exercised, happy and social.
Hope the little tiny sheltie that was hit by a car has a fenced yard?
So true Pat. The little Sheltie hit by a car has a fenced yard but got frightened and bolted out the door of his house. Thank goodness he is alright through.
