The Pool’s Open!
Friday was the first day we could open up the pool at Casa del Mel.
All seemed very happy at the news…
Except one…
But one…
Seemed to enjoy it more than the others.

What a ball!
Happy first Pool Day!
Thanks Kim. It’s another hot one here today, so it’s pool day #2 for us.
What fun! You’ve motivated me to drag out the pool this weekend. Rudy will be thrilled (Jeffie, not so much).
Yay! I hope Rudy has a blast!
Hey it’s Jet here.
PAWESOME… First we had to wait for our pool to get clean again… now we have to wait for all our boo boos and scars to heal and then… we’re jumping in too!
Oh no! Injuries? I hope you can get back in soon Jet. The dogs were very happy to see the pool come out again.
Where are the pictures of Mel in the pool?
My parents bought me a kiddie pool for Agatha and Christie who wouldn’t get anywhere near it. So I’d sit in it with a good book while they panted near by.
I just may have to do that Pamela!
I just might have to do that Pamela! It’s another hot one here today.
Adorable! Maybe Lady will learn to enjoy it more as the season continues? Jasper’s enthusiasm for water is awesome!
You mean Jasper has to throw his own ball in the pool??? Come on Mom!! BOL!! He sure looks content. Maybe it’s time to drag out the pool around here.
I see Daisy darting back and forth in the background and I can’t help noticing how much she reminds me of Chance. With sort of that nervous energy of not being able to stay still. Would you say she is like normally like that? Just curious. Chance isn’t one to sit still too long and always feels the need to patrol.
That looks like a lot of fun! We’ve thought about getting a kiddie pool for Elka.
Looks like they’re having fun! Once we get our backyard redone we might have to get a kiddie pool for our Rita. She hates to swim, but loves to cool off in the water, so that would be perfect for her.
In our house only one of the four dogs goes anywhere near the pool
Stop on by for a visit

I could watch that all day and that crazy wet hair look made me snort when I laughed
LOL! I know what you mean. He’s a bit crazy sometimes (and looks it too!).
